LITTLE TALK – NATURE, WELLNESS & THE OUTDOORS

Little Talk: Nature, Wellness & the Outdoors
Wednesday, May 28 | 12:30 p.m. | Zoom

As part of our Little Talk series, this engaging virtual event will explore how older adults can safely enjoy the outdoors and take advantage of local resources to stay active, healthy, and connected.

Our speakers include:

  • Dr. Tracey Lippard – sharing the health and wellness benefits of being outdoors, including simple ways to protect your body and boost your mood through nature.

  • Chloe Chalekian, City & County of Broomfield – highlighting walking trails, volunteer opportunities, and open space programs designed for adults 55+.

  • Noel Deleon, City & County of Denver – introducing accessible recreation programs and activities through local rec centers.

Whether you love hiking, gardening, taking a stroll through the neighborhood—or want to start doing more of those things—this session will give you the knowledge and confidence to do so.

Free and open to A Little Help members and friends.

We hope you join us!
