This month we are discussing DeCluttering Your Home and Fall Prevention in the Home. The Agenda for Tomorrow is as Follows
- Noon to 12:20 Erin, Roomdefined - Will begin the presentation with some great spring cleaning and organizing tips for all.
- 12:20 to 12:35 Kylie and Jenny, Thrive Therapy - Continue the discussion and move into the idea of living in the comfort of your home safely by applying simple home modifications, they will also dive into the benefits of exercise and some in-home things you can do to stay safe and help reduce fall risk
- 12:40 to 12:50 Dr. Tracy Lippard, Kaiser Permanente - Ties it all together and gives us a few facts about the overall mental health of an organized home and physical facts about the increased risk of falls as we age.
